Winter start until end of season: open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, including Sundays and public holidays. Rental is also possible outside of the normal opening hours if agreed in advance by telephone.
Reserved ski equipment can be collected the day before, from 2pm.

The ski rental shop is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the winter season—including Sundays and holidays.
Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the scheduled appointment.
If you cancel within 14 days of the appointment, a refund is only possible upon presentation of a doctor’s note.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, no refund will be issued.
A refund is excluded in all cases starting 24 hours before the appointment, even upon presentation of a doctor’s note.
For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, a refund of 50% of the amount already paid will be granted upon presentation of a valid doctor’s note.

The Europsport ski rental shop in Kaprun is centrally located and is particularly easy to reach by ski bus. The Tauernhof bus stop in Kaprun, served by bus line 660, is only about 100 meters from the shop. This allows winter sports enthusiasts to get from the bus directly to the ski rental shop and on to the Kaprun ski area quickly and easily.
